Collection Buisson Ardent
with  Thomas Takada

Created in collaboration with Thomas Takada, the Buisson Ardent collection draws inspiration from the spontaneous intertwining of brambles and the quiet strength of the natural world. Crafted in bronze, its rounded and enveloping forms appear to have grown organically, guided by a living force. Leaves and branches, rendered with remarkable realism, create sculptural compositions in which light reveals the poetry and vitality of the material.

French architect, designer and artist born in Shizuoka, Japan, Thomas Takada develops a multidisciplinary practice at the intersection of architecture, design and art. His work explores our relationship with the material environment in a context shaped by ecological change and the evolving dynamics of contemporary production systems. Through a process rooted in close observation of his immediate surroundings, he collects everyday materials and assembles them into fragile yet expressive structures. These compositions evoke notions of dependence, transformation and vitality, while revealing the rhythms of natural cycles, the memory of place and the passage of time.
